The man was arrested on Saturday (10 October) on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He remains in custody.
Police were called just after 10pm on Wednesday (7 October) following reports of damage to the window of a house and a car parked outside in Ravenstone Road.
Officers attended and determined that the damage was consistent with a firearms discharge.
Enquiries are continuing, with officers from Leicestershire Police’s Complex Investigation Team appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
