Two teenagers have been arrested following a robbery in Bedworth last week.
The incident happened at around 10pm on Tuesday, 15 October on Newtown Road.
Two males approached the victim and assaulted him before taking an item of jewellery, the victim’s bike and a backpack containing a mobile phone.
They made off in the direction of Croft Pool.
The victim, a 17-year-old boy, sustained minor injuries to his face and was left shaken following the incident.
Officers conducted a search of the area after the incident and arrested two 16-year-old boys from Bedworth and Coventry on suspicion of robbery. They have been released on police bail until November.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have witnessed it. Anyone with any information is asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 472 of 15 October.
