Nuneaton and Bedworth will be having firework displays on Saturday the 2nd of November. The display is by Jonathan Fireworks.
The Round Table will be working in association with Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council to organise both events, and the Bedworth Lions Club will be assisting with the organisation of Bedworth’s bonfire night.
Nuneaton’s bonfire night will be at the Jubilee Sports Centre, with the gates opening at 5.30pm. The bonfire will be lit at around 6.45pm, and the fireworks will begin at 7.15pm.
There are 4 pedestrian routes into the park, and parking is available at both the Jubilee Sports Centre and St Thomas More Catholic School.
Bedworth’s bonfire night will be at the Miners Welfare Park, with the gates opening at 6pm. The bonfire will be lit at 7pm, and the fireworks will begin at 7.15pm.
There are 3 pedestrain routes into the park, but if you are driving you will need to arrive early as parking spaces are limited. Disabled users will be able to use priority parking.
Cllr Neil Phillips, Cabinet Member for Planning, Development and Health said:
“We are delighted to have The Round Table and the Bedworth Lions club organise our Borough bonfire nights this year.
“Bonfire night is a wonderful event for people to gather in the evening and enjoy an amazing firework display whilst raising money for our local charities.”
Entry fee for both events will cost £6 for adults and £2 for children, with toddlers going free.
