Update 24/08/2022
Leicestershire Police have confirmed that Richard Ellis-Robinson, who lives in Earl Shilton, has been found safe and well.
Richard Ellis-Robinson, who lives in Earl Shilton, was last seen on Sunday close to the George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton.
He was reported missing yesterday (22 August) when he failed to return home.
The 62-year-old suffers with short-term memory loss so may appear confused. He can also become anxious in noisy, crowded areas so may have headed toward a park or open space.
Officers and Richard’s family are very concerned for his safety.
It is believed Richard is travelling on foot so is likely to still be in the Nuneaton or Hinckley areas.
He is described as white, 5ft 7ins tall of medium build and has short grey hair.
When he was last seen he was wearing blue jeans, a blue t-shirt, a dark coloured jacket with a grey stripe on it and smart black shoes.
Anyone who thinks they have seen Richard is asked to call 101, quoting incident 200 of 22 August.
