He had come off the road in Hemington on Thursday.
Police were called to in Ryecroft Road, Hemington on Thursday evening (19th August) after a driver crashed into a fence post.
They were breathalysed at the side of the road and was found to be over four times the legal limit for alcohol in one's system, scoring 150 Micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.

The maximum is 35 Micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at the scene and has been charged with drink driving.

"Luke Levy, of High Street in Chellaston, Derbyshire is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates’ Court on 3 September.
"Levy was arrested following a single-vehicle collision in Ryecroft Road, Hemington, yesterday evening (Thursday 19 August).
