The Council hopes to address anti-social behaviour in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
The Nuneaton and Bedworth Safer Communities Partnership are currently conducting public consultations on two proposed Public Space Protection Orders.
The orders are to help stop alcohol and novel psychoactive substance misuse related anti-social behaviour.
Two Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) have been applied for by the partnership.
These address both alcohol and drug misuse, with specific focus on the gas inhaled from the little canisters seen all across the area, and any related anti-social behaviour in Nuneaton and Bedworth.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Safer Communities Partnership is now at the consultation phase for these Orders and are seeking the views of the public.
The comments received will be reviewed before the decision is taken whether to proceed or not.

The consultation period runs until the 5th September 2021.
