There will be a vote outside the Town Hall on Saturday.
Alongside the regular market, there will be a display of photos featuring the market traders showing their individual character and charm outside the Town Hall.
It is to commemorate its 800th anniversary.
The traders pictured have family connections to the market stretching back several generations.
There will also be a live band performing.
The pictures will be displayed on Saturday 21st August between 10am and 2pm. A vote will be taken to find the 'face' of the market.
