The 11-year-old wants to know when the clock on his school was last working.
An 11-year-old from Hinckley has made it his mission to fix the clock on the top of Hinckley Parks Primary School.
Oscar wants to leave the school with the gift as he is off to secondary school in August.
He has appealed to former students of the school to see if they can remember when the clock was last working.
Oscar told Fosse 107 why he wants to repair the clock, he said: "For the future generations, but also I have a feeling it will be really convenient for everyone, especially the teachers."
