This is part of the Rugby Road improvement scheme.
Hawley Road, which runs from the train station to outside Hinckley Hub, will be closed in both directions between 9 am and 3 pm tomorrow.
These road closures will also be in place on Wednesday and Thursday this week from 9 am-3 pm.
The road is being shut as part of Leicestershire County Council's Rugby Road and Hinckley town centre improvement scheme.
A letter from the county council said: "The short-term alteration to current traffic management arrangements is essential for the junction works to continue to progress on programme."
It is expected that this closure will cause disruption in the town and there will be diversion routes in place between 9 am and 3 pm.
