A nine-year-old boy has serious injuries after a collision in Bedworth yesterday and officers are appealing for information.
The incident happened at around 3.50 pm yesterday (Tuesday 6 January) when a Peugeot 107 travelling along Chapel Street collided with the child near the junction with Rye Piece Ringway.
The boy was taken to hospital and he remains in a serious condition.
Sergeant Sam Bates from Warwickshire Police Roads Policing Unit said: “This collision left the boy with very serious injuries, and I appeal to anyone who witnessed the collision itself or has CCTV or dash cam footage which could help to get in touch.”
