Scene guards remain in place and enquiries are currently ongoing.
Warwickshire Police want to reassure the community and appeal for witnesses to an incident at a house in Nuneaton at the weekend.
Officers were called shortly before 2.30 am on Saturday (4 November) after a report that two people were stabbed at an address on Meadowside.
A 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man suffered injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening and remain in a stable condition in hospital at this time.
Warwickshire Police said: "Scene guards remain in place and enquiries are currently ongoing, but the incident is being treated as isolated and there was not believed to be any risk to the wider public."
Six people have been arrested since the incident and five have been bailed until January.
One person remains in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Carl Buckley said: “I know this will cause the community great concern, but I would like to reassure them we have begun a thorough investigation and as part of that, they can expect to see a heightened police presence in the area while our officers carry out their enquiries.
“Thankfully we were able to respond quickly, and the victims did not suffer more serious injuries.
“That being said, we’ve made a number of arrests in connection with the incident, which we believe to be isolated from our initial investigation.
“We believe there may be more people who haven’t been in touch but can help, and we’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who was in the area between 2am and 3am and noticed anyone acting suspiciously.
“Equally we’d encourage anyone who has mobile phone or dashcam footage to come forward. Any information you provide could really assist with our investigation.”
