Over 7,000 vaccines have been given at the site in the Ropewalk shopping centre.
It will reopen from Midday on Tuesday 15th June and members can turn up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Slots for exercise classes can be booked from next Tuesday (8th June).
The branch has been shut since March 8th, being used instead as a vaccination centre for the town.
A PureGym spokesperson said: “We are proud to have played a small part in the UK’s fight against COVID-19 by donating our Nuneaton gym as a vaccine centre since mid-March.
"In this time Crest Pharmacy has provided much-needed support to the local community by administering almost 7,000 vaccinations. We are incredibly grateful to our Nuneaton members for their patience during this period and can’t wait to welcome them back to work out from 15th June.”
