Residents to have their say on council services

People living in the Hinckley & Bosworth area are being asked for their opinion on the services they receive from the Borough Council.

The survey is carried out annually with regular questions on satisfaction to allow the council to monitor trends over time.

This year the diverse range of topics residents are being asked about include satisfaction with service delivery and value for money, how well informed residents are, personal safety in the local area, housing, the local economy and Hinckley market.

Anyone who wishes to take part can complete an online survey or contact the council on: 01455 255795 for a paper copy. Members of the council’s Citizens’ Panel and people living at selected addresses across the borough will also be asked for their views to try to ensure the views are as representative as possible. 

The survey is open until Friday 22 February 2019 and results will be published later this year.
