This is the second time Leicestershire Search and Rescue has been sent to the location in the past two weeks.
They found the injured walker near Old John, which is the highest hill in the park, and evacuated the person to safety.
The Search and Rescue team said in a tweet that there was an Ambulance waiting to collect the injured hiker.
