The man is described as white and believed to be between 50 and 70 years old.
Officers in Loughborough are appealing for information after they've had two reports of a man indecently exposing himself.
The first incident happened at around 3.30 pm on Friday 27 May on the old railway line between Ravensthorpe Drive and Hurstwood Road.
A man spoke to an 18-year-old woman and exposed himself.
The second incident happened on a footpath parallel to Rowbank Way shortly after 3.30 pm the following day, when a man exposed himself to a group of teenagers.
PC Rebekah Harrison-Page, the investigating officer, said: “Both incidents happened on footpaths often used by the public and I believe there will be other people who have seen this man in the area.
“We would like to speak to him about both incidents and I would ask that anyone who has seen him – or particularly anyone who knows him – to come forward.
“Any information you have could help.”
