JAUNDICE
- 500 babies with jaundice have been treated at home rather than staying in hospital.
- The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust's neonatal homecare team treats babies at home with light therapy, allowing them to be home sooner and freeing up hospital beds for other poorly infants.
- They are the first trust in the East Midlands to launch this service.

- In 2024 Leicestershire Police Received more than 190,000 calls to 999.
