The Hinckley community has paid tribute to the owner of Nervous Records, Gordon Hayes, who has sadly died.
Nervous Records opened on The Lawns in January 1978.

One person on social media paid tribute to Gordon and said: "Your shop was the best thing about Hinckley and it changed my life."

Another person on social media said: "Such a legend when it came to vinyl, think most of Hinckley probably visited at some point, certainly helped my collection over the years as did most, with rare demo's, limited editions and nothing ever a problem to try and locate."
