Shoppers and visitors to Loughborough will be able to enjoy two hours of free parking at two town centre car parks in the run-up to Christmas.
The offer begins on Monday, 2 November, and will run until Sunday, 3 January 2027.
It will apply at Granby Street and Beehive Lane car parks and will be available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, throughout the promotional period.
However, motorists should be aware that anyone staying longer than two hours will have to pay the full parking charge for their entire visit, including the initial two-hour period.
The offer comes as Loughborough prepares for a busy festive season, with a programme of events planned for the town centre.
These include the return of Loughborough Fair, the Christmas Lights Switch-on, Christmas markets and other festive activities.
The free parking offer is aimed at encouraging more shoppers and visitors into the town centre and supporting local businesses in the run-up to Christmas.
