Firefighters were called to Lismore Drive to reports of two ice cream vans and a house on fire.
The call was made just after midnight on 18th July.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said there was fire damage to the outside of the house and garage and smoke and heat damage inside.
Firefighters said they believed the ice cream vans had been deliberately set on fire.
Leicestershire Police are asking for any witnesses to come forward.
"We'd like to speak to anyone who has information about this incident. Do you have CCTV cameras installed at your property? Were you passing through Lismore Drive either side of midnight? Do you have a dashcam installed in your vehicle? We'd also like to speak to people who saw anyone acting in a manner that appeared suspicious or unusual in either Lismore Drive or the surrounding area."
