Market Bosworth Police are upping their patrols in the area.
Local officers have warned people of the danger of swimming in Hill Hole Quarry in Markfield.
Since the weather has improved the police have spotted people using the quarry as a swimming pool.
Due to the issue, they have confirmed that they will be upping their patrols in the area.
On their Facebook, they shared the dangers of the water such as the depth of the water, the temperature and hidden hazards such as weeds and sharp rocks.
The Market Bosworth Beat Team said: "The boundary is there for a reason and the signs are also self-explanatory.
"We will be upping our patrols in the area. Please do report any incidents of persons using the quarry passed the fenced off boundary to us."
