Officers would like to identify a man.
Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they wish to identify following a report of sexual assault on a bus.
Leicestershire Police, said: "On the morning of Thursday 19 June, a woman was travelling on the Arriva 158 bus which travels from Earl Shilton to Leicester city centre along the A47 Hinckley Road.
"As the bus approached the junction with Braunstone Lane and Ratby Lane, known locally as Braunstone Crossroads, a man got onto the bus and sat next to the victim.
"He stroked the victim’s leg twice before she got up and moved seats. He attempted to sit next to another woman before getting off the bus at the next stop."
As part of their enquiries, officers would like to identify this man.
