Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses or information following a suspected arson in Nuneaton on Sunday 27 October
Shortly after 7am, emergency services were called to a report of a fire at a flat on Heming Walk.
The fire is currently being treated as suspicious.
Det Con Jamie Russell from Nuneaton CID said: “We are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or any suspicious behaviour in the area to please come forward.
“Thankfully, no one was hurt in this incident but the consequences could have been far more serious.
“If anyone has any information, please call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident 104 of 27 October.”
