The wreath will be presented to 10 Downing Street.
Friezeland Farm Christmas Trees has won the best wreath of the year award.
The NHS inspired wreath will be on the door of 10 Downing Street for the festive period.
Toby Ryley, manager of Friezeland Farm Christmas Trees, said: "It's an unbelievable feeling. It's everything that's part of it, it's driving through the gates of Downing Street, parking my car outside that door to get the wreath out. It's a fantastic thing to do and it really highlights the quality of what we are as a business."
Friezeland Farm Christmas Trees and the wreath creator Flowers by Stephanie have now won the award twice.
Toby Ryley, said: "The foliage was absolutely stunning this year and Stephanie's craftsmanship is second to none."
The competition was coordinated by the British Christmas Growers Association.
