Four police vehicles and an ambulance were at the scene.
Emergency services are in attendance at the junction of Well Lane and Druid Street in Hinckley.
The road is currently cordoned off between Druid Street and Albert Road due to a police incident.
Investigations are ongoing.
Fosse 107 have contacted Leicestershire Police for comment.
