It'll be closed from Monday 2nd June to the 4th of June.
The gym at Pingles Leisure Centre in Nuneaton will be closed from tomorrow (02/06) so essential improvement works can take place.
The gym will be subject to two closures from:
Monday, 2 June, reopening at 8:00am on Wednesday, 4 June
Monday, 16 June, reopening at 8:00am Wednesday, 18 June
During this time, the Leisure Pool will still not be operational due to the ongoing works to the steel columns, however other facilities at the Pingles will remain accessible as usual, and those with subscriptions will still be able to use the gyms at nearby Jubilee Sports Centre and Bedworth Leisure Centre.
These works are part of the ongoing work to improve the centre’s infrastructure.
Cllr Brady Hughes, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Health, said:“We understand the closure during this period can be inconvenient for gym-goers, but these essential works are necessary to improve the centre’s environmental performance.
“We are committed to delivering modern facilities that support healthy lifestyles in the borough, and we thank the gym’s users for their understanding during the closure periods.”
