Jabs will be available from the Leisure Centre on Saturday.
The area will be busy as Feast Hinckley will also be on in the Mead that day. The Borough Council said people should leave themselves plenty of time to park, or to walk or use public transport.
The clinic will be open from 10am to 12am, and then from 2:30pm to 4pm.
It will offer both first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine and anyone over 18 can attend.
Second doses can only be given after at 8 weeks from the first.
