Rides, kiosks and stalls will provide plenty of entertainment for families.
Loughborough Fair will be opened by the Mayor of Charnwood on Wednesday 10th November.
Charnwood Borough Council is celebrating 800 years since the fair and Loughborough Markets were first granted a Royal Charter.
Councillor Jenny Bokor, Charnwood Borough Council’s lead member for Loughborough, said: “We are incredibly excited for this year’s event. It is such an important event for the town, and we know how much people missed it last year.
“As always, there will be plenty of rides, stalls and games for the whole family to enjoy.”
Rides such as King Frog, Miami Trip, Top Scan and some old favourites including Carousel, Waltzer and Dodgems will provide plenty of entertainment for families.
Due to the regeneration project taking place in Bedford Square, Ward’s End and Devonshire Square there will be some changes to the layout of the fair this year.
All of Granby Street car park will be used for the rides, kiosks and stalls which are usually in Ward’s End.
Granby Street car park will be closed from 4 pm on Monday 8th November and will reopen from around 12 noon on Sunday 14th November.

- Wednesday 10th November, 6 pm to 11 pm
- Thursday 11th November, 12 pm to 11 pm
- Friday, 12th November, 11 am to 11 pm
- Saturday, 13th November, 11 am to 11 pm
