Anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the vehicle beforehand is asked to get in touch.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Croft last night (Monday 24 February).
The collision occurred at around 9.45 pm in Croft Hill Road, near to the junction of Thurlaston Lane and Huncote Road, and involved one vehicle, a white Vauxhall Corsa.
A man sustained serious injuries and is being treated at hospital.
It is believed the Corsa was travelling along Croft Hill Road in the direction of Huncote.
