Warwickshire police is appealing for witnesses.
It happened on Saturday afternoon at around 1.50pm.
In a statement, the force said: "a single vehicle collision took place on Kingswood Road, involving a grey Yamaha MT125cc motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a man in his mid-20s, was taken to hospital where he sadly died on Sunday.
Road closures were in place whilst emergency services were in attendance."
