Refurbishment of Market Place Public toilets begin February 2026
Major improvements are to begin this month on the public toilets in Loughborough's Market Place.
There will be work to the interior of the building with new wall and floor coverings, sanitaryware and the replacement of all mechanical and electrical equipment.
The exterior roof is also due to be replaced.
They will be closed while the work is taking place.
Alternative toilets will be available for the public to use at Loughborough Town Hall during its opening hours. Portable toilets are also planned to be in place in the town centre.
