Enquiries into the incident are continuing and an investigation is underway.
Shortly before 11am on the 4th of September, a police officer requested that a car stop in the area of Epinal Way.
The driver of the car didn't stop and collided with another vehicle on Epinal Way.
Three people – in the car that failed to stop – were reported to have been injured and were taken to hospital.
One has since been discharged and the other two remain in hospital.
A fourth person – in the car it collided with – was taken to hospital as a precaution and has since been discharged.
Leicestershire Police said: "Three people aged 45, 42 and 21 were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply. The 21-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving. They have all since been released on bail.
"Enquiries into the incident are continuing and an investigation is underway."
