Three men have been arrested after an incident at a pub in Earl Shilton.
Police said that shortly after 7 o'clock on Friday 11th July, a number of calls were received after four men, armed with knives entered a pub on Wood Street and threatened one of the occupants before a fight broke out.
When officers arrived, the group had already left, but a group of four men were later located at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.
A spokesperson for Leicestershire Police said: "A 25-year-old and 32-year-old [have been arrested] on suspicion of violent disorder and a 31-year-old on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon."
A man remains in hospital with what police described as "possible life changing injuries."
Two others were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
Police say they aren't looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
