Nobody was injured in the crash.
It happened in the early hours of Sunday (11th July) on Tudor Road.
43-year-old Gail Smith will appear at Loughborough Magistrates Court later this month.
The post on Hinckley Police's Facebook page said they hoped the picture would serve as a 'timely reminder' about the dangers of driving under the influence.

A police spokesperson said:
"A 43-year-old woman has been charged with drink-driving following a collision in Tudor Road, Hinckley.
"The charge relates to an incident which happened in the early hours of Sunday 11 July.
"Gail Smith, 43, is due to appear at Loughborough Magistrates’ Court on 28 July."
