A meeting between Ukraine, Russia and the US will take place next month, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
The trilateral talks are understood to be taking place in November, the Ukrainian leader wrote in an X post on Sunday, citing an interview with Ukrainian television programme TSN Week.
While it's not clear who would attend such a meeting, Mr Zelenskyy said Ukraine was ready for trilateral talks between technical groups.
Mr Zelenskyy said Ukraine would not discuss limits to its armed forces, or enforced post-war neutrality.
Kyiv has long sought entry into the NATO alliance despite the reluctance of some members.
The Ukrainian president also renewed his push for a trilateral US-brokered meeting between him and Vladimir Putin, having long argued Putin is the only person in Russia who can make major decisions to end the war or meaningfully discuss core issues, such as the fate of the nearly 20% of Ukraine that Russia occupies.
"The issue of territories is a red line that can be discussed exclusively at the level of leaders," Mr Zelenskyy said.
However, he stressed he did not want to approach any meeting of the three nations' leaders "having lifted all sanctions".
"Sanctions were imposed for aggression, not for an opportunity to have a chat," the Ukrainian president said, adding that he didn't want to meet with Putin "without tools," including sanctions and frozen assets.

In the interview with TSN, the Ukranian leader also said US warnings about imminent Russian ballistic missile strikes, critical to Ukraine's air defences, had been fully restored after recent issues.
Mr Zelenskyy said SpaceX's Starshield satellite internet had been working at speeds of up to 260mph (420kph) since early on Saturday morning, after it was reduced earlier in October amid diplomatic pressure on Kyiv from Washington.
He said both issued had been discussed in a meeting with US special envoy Steve Witkoff in Oslo on Tuesday, casting the changes as results of that meeting.
Despite the improvements, Mr Zelenskyy still criticised the US' approach, including when it came to Ukraine getting missiles for its Patriot systems, which he said was "moving very slowly".
