The suspect hit a person driving out of the car park.
The white Audi TTS was stolen from Rangebrook car dealer on Tuesday afternoon.
Warwickshire Police have confirmed that the suspect requested the keys from the staff and then drove the car off the premises.
CCTV of the theft shows the vehicle being driven out of the forecourt on Watling Street at speed and hitting a person as they left.
The car was found today in Holbrook Lane, Coventry.
