Both men failed to answer bail.
Police are appealing for public help to locate a father and son wanted in connection with a serious assault in Loughborough.
Dominic Sas, 45, and his son, Iulian-Romica Dumbra, 19, both of Loughborough, were arrested in connection with an incident that happened in Leicester Road on Tuesday 30 July last year.
Leicestershire Police, said: "A man, in his 40s, was attacked and hit with metal poles, sustaining multiple broken bones as a result.
"Following initial enquiries, Sas and Dumbra were released on police bail while the investigation continued.
"In December last year both men failed to answer bail where they were due to be charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
"Since then, officers have been carrying out a number of enquiries to locate both Sas and Dumbra, but these enquiries have now been exhausted."
Police are now appealing to the public to assist and come forward if they know the men's whereabouts or have information that could help locate them.
