A refuse collector who was injured while collecting bins in Earl Shilton is now out of hospital and recovering at home.
John Wardle was in a serious condition after the collision on Station Road on Thursday 15th October.
A funding page was set up by a pub in the town to raise money to help his family.
John's wife Claire has thanked the two binmen working with him that day and says they've been overwhelmed with everyone's support.
