Body found in search for missing Earl Shilton man

A body has been found today at Thornton Reservoir.

A body has been found in the search for a man missing from Earl Shilton.

Mark Parry was last seen on Wednesday 3 December afternoon at his home address in the Westfield Avenue area and was last in contact with a relative on Thursday morning.

A body has been found today (Saturday) at Thornton Reservoir and although formal identification is yet to take place, it is believed to be Mark.

His family are currently being supported by officers and have asked for privacy at this difficult time.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner.
