Operation Sceptre, which encouraged people to hand in their illegal knives, took place between April 26 - May 2nd.
The operation aimed to raise awareness of knife crime and provide an opportunity for members of the public to safely dispose of knives.
Knife bins were made available at a number of locations in Nuneaton and Bedworth for people to get rid of the weapons anonymously.
In a Facebook post, Nuneaton police said, "Thank you to those that handed over the following knives, blades and even ammunition. These will all now be safely disposed of."
