Leicestershire Firefighters have responded to flooding in Mountsorrel after heavy rain.
Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service were called after 8am on Sunday 28th July to reports of flooded properties in the Loughborough Road area of Mountsorrel.
Crews attended and requested further assistance to pump the water away from properties.
Leicestershire Police are also in attendance at the scene.
It comes after a night of heavy rain across the region.

The fire service have urged local residents to contact Charnwood Borough Council for sandbags to help protect their properties.
