The site at Hill Farm on Wide Lane in Leicestershire will be partially open on Tuesday.
Dogs Trust in Loughborough will be partly open on Tuesday 10th April, after a brief closure on Monday.
The measures have been put in place as a precaution while staff investigate a suspected case of infection in a single dog.
Experts at the site say that all dogs are being monitored closely and at present there are no other suspected cases of infections.
