The cause of the man’s death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Leicestershire Police have launched an inquiry as a man's body was found in a property on Druid Street.
A blue police tent could be seen outside the property earlier this week.
A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: "Officers were called at 3.42 pm on Sunday 26 December reporting concern for the welfare of a man inside a property in Druid Street, Hinckley. The cause of the man’s death is currently being treated as unexplained. Enquiries are being carried out in relation to the cause of the man’s death on behalf of HM Coroner."
