It happened on the afternoon of 6 January 2021.
A man allegedly threatened staff with what is believed to be a small gun, and also stole cash.
Armed police arrested a 47-year-old man from Nuneaton was arrested in the Camp Hill area of the town in the early hours of this morning (28th May).
He was also arrested on suspicion of theft after a car was stolen from the car park at George Eliot Hospital on 31 March.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 154 of 6 January 2021.
