A man in his 40s has died after the black Vauxhall Vectra he was travelling in collided with the central reservation on the M6 southbound near to junction 3 at Corley.
The collision occurred at around 5pm on Saturday 14th November.
Police said three other people in the vehicle suffered injuries which are not thought to be life threatening at this time.
Formal identification is yet to take place.
Sergeant Shaun Bridle from the Warwickshire Police roads policing team said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the deceased following this tragic incident. I’d urge anyone who saw the car in the moments before the collision or anyone with dash cam footage of the car prior to the collision to get in touch.”
