A Criminal Behaviour Order has been issued to a Nuneaton man following persistent anti-social behaviour offences.
Robert Conway, 26, of Kingswood Road, Nuneaton, received the order at Warwickshire Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 16th September.
The order will last for two years and prevents him from:
Sitting on the pavement or outside any shop in the borough of Nuneaton and Bedworth and not to place items in front or beside him including but not limited to a plastic cup, hat or newspaper so it appears he is begging.
If he breaches this order he could be arrested.
