Police are appealing for witnesses.
Police have launched an investigation after a large number of parcels were stolen from a post office in Leicestershire.
Officers believe that the parcels were stolen from Mountsorrel Post Office, on Leicester Road, between 2.30pm on Saturday 16 December and 7.30am on Monday.
Some parcels were due for delivery in the local area, while others were being kept for collection from members of the public.
Anyone who may have seen a person or people acting suspiciously near the post office between Saturday afternoon and this morning is asked to contact Leicestershire Police.
