Planning application for new industrial park just off Junction 22 of the M1 submitted

The site is in land between Copt Oak and Markfield.

A planning application has been submitted for an industrial and logistics park just off Junction 22 of the M1.

The proposal states that there is the potential to deliver 64,794 sqm of employment floorspace.

The site is in the land between Copt Oak and Markfield and is 28.26 hectares.

The initial public consultation is open until 21 November, and it is within the boundaries of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.
