Police are appealing for witnesses after a man died in a car crash in Whitwick at the weekend.
A 35-year-old man has died after a crash on Leicester Road in Whitwick on Sunday 15th October.
Officers were called at 7.20pm to a report of a collision involving three vehicles.
A red Kia Cee’d, being driven by the deceased, was travelling on Leicester Road, towards Whitwick, when it was in collision with a grey Volkswagen Polo, which was travelling in the opposite direction, towards Copt Oak.
The third vehicle, a black BMW 118, was also traveling towards Copt Oak and collided with debris in the road.
Formal identification has not yet been carried out.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who saw the vehicles immediately prior to the collision, or the collision itself.
