Rolling road closures in place due to Burbage carnival today

The carnival will take place in Britannia Fields from 12-4pm.

Leicestershire County Council's highways department has approved a rolling road closure to allow Burbage Carnival procession to travel safely through the village today (Sunday 23 June).

The rolling road closure will run from 10am until 4pm and will include the following roads: Windsor Street, Coventry Road, Pyeharps Road, Sketchley Road, Boyslade Road, Twycross Road, Grove Road, Hinckley Road and Church Street.

The carnival will take place in Britannia Fields from 12-4pm.
