During the incident, a 15-year-old local boy was stabbed in the back and was taken to hospital.
Officers arrested a 14-year-old boy from Bedworth, a 16-year-old boy from Nuneaton and a 17-year-old boy from Bedworth on suspicion of assault.
However, they have now been bailed until next month.
Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information or CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage of the incident is asked to come forward.
Detective Sergeant Rich Simpkins, of Nuneaton CID, said: “The victim was extremely fortunate not to have been badly injured in this incident and while we have made a number of arrests our enquiries are very much ongoing.
“I would appeal for anyone who has information or who witnesses the incident itself to come forward and speak to us.”
